This Privacy Policy describes how C'est Swag ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit cestswag.com, including when reached via cestswag.ca (the "Site"), make a purchase from us, or interact with us through Facebook, Instagram, or other channels.

• Shipping carriers, to deliver your orders;
• Marketing and analytics providers, as described above.

We may also share information to comply with laws and lawful requests, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information for money. EU/UK/EEA (GDPR): If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, port, and restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. We process your data to perform our contract with you (fulfilling orders), to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests (improving and marketing our store). You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

US state residents (California and others): Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion or correction, and opt out of "sales" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required.

Canada (PIPEDA): You may request access to and correction of your personal information and withdraw consent to its use, subject to legal and contractual restrictions.

We keep order information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it, and as long as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

We are based in Canada and our service providers may process your data in Canada, the United States, and other countries. Where required (such as for EU/UK data), transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
